INNIO is hiring a Lead Cylinder Head Development Engineer in Jenbach, Austria, to lead the development of engine concepts and functions for new product and technology introductions. The role provides technical leadership across disciplines, drives multiple projects and risk mitigation, leads root-cause and field investigations, performs design, simulation, testing, data analysis, and software-definition work, and oversees technical reporting and design reviews. Candidates need comprehensive reciprocating-engine knowledge, more than 10 years of engine-development experience, specific cylinder-head and valvetrain expertise, strong analytical, quality, project-management, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
