Description
The Jamba Shift Lead supports daily store operations by leading and coaching crew members, delivering guest service, preparing smoothies and other menu items, enforcing food safety and sanitation standards, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and supporting training and onboarding. The role may require stepping into Crew Member duties as needed and requires physical work in a fast-paced food service environment. Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred, and the position offers $17.13–$19.13 per hour with potential medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and professional development benefits.
