Description
The Lead Data Analyst will prepare complex, nonstandard custom reports for external customers using multiple source systems and query tools, interpret client requirements, and ensure reports meet P&C guidelines. The role also leads enterprise reporting standards, data quality and governance, ad hoc analytics, reporting lifecycle management, process documentation, requirements analysis, stakeholder governance, risk controls, and continuous process improvement. Candidates need a university degree in a relevant field, 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and numerical analysis skills, basic Power BI or similar visualization knowledge, and strong communication and project coordination abilities. The position is hybrid.
