Policy Expert is hiring a Lead Data Analyst to join its analytics leadership team and support business projects with commercial impact. The role combines approximately 60–70% hands-on data analysis with peer review, coaching, standards-setting, reusable workflow development, AI tool guidance, and management of two analysts. Candidates should have significant data analysis experience, strong SQL skills, cloud data warehouse experience, tool-building experience, and experience coaching or mentoring analysts.
