Similarweb is hiring a Lead Data Analyst to lead a small three-person data team while spending roughly 80% of the time on hands-on data investigations. The role involves reproducing and resolving data issues, owning metric definitions, deciding which recurring questions should be automated, reporting findings, and building documentation, dashboards, and internal tools with an analytics engineer. It also includes managing two direct reports, providing technical direction, and using AI assistants.
