NiSource is hiring a full-time Lead Data and Analytics Developer for its Customer Analytics team in Columbus, Ohio. The role designs, develops, and supports customer-focused data and analytics solutions, including data models, dashboards, reports, data lake strategies, and self-service analytics tools. It also establishes analytics governance and best practices, partners with business and IT stakeholders, and mentors team members. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant data engineering, business intelligence, or data science experience, and two years leading analytics developers or projects. The role is hybrid, with three days on location, and offers a salary of $113,500 to $170,300 plus a 10% annual bonus.
