AIMMS is hiring a Lead Data & Analytics Engineer to build and own the architecture and production software for its SENSAI Data Ready product and the broader AIMMS data backbone. The role is approximately 70% hands-on engineering and architecture, with the remainder focused on technical leadership and mentoring. Responsibilities include designing scalable data products, developing AI-agent workflows, solving SQL and data-quality problems, building APIs and CI/CD pipelines, researching technologies, and mentoring engineers. The position requires 6+ years of backend, platform, or data-intensive software engineering experience, strong Python and SQL skills, and experience with enterprise software and AI agents; it offers hybrid work from Haarlem, Netherlands.
