Bounteous is hiring a senior analytics leader to lead complex, high-stakes data analyses, advanced SQL, statistical modeling, data models and pipelines, dashboards, and the technical roadmap for the analytics function. The role combines hands-on individual-contributor work with mentoring analysts, setting technical standards, diagnosing data quality issues, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders. It requires 9+ years of hands-on data analysis experience, 2+ years leading or mentoring analysts on difficult technical work, expert SQL, cloud data warehouse or lakehouse experience, statistical expertise, and strong communication skills. The position is remote and offers visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
