Capital Group is seeking a Lead Data Architect for Enterprise Observability to define and govern the observability control plane for modern distributed systems, multi-cloud platforms, and AI-driven workloads. The role involves designing and implementing end-to-end telemetry ecosystems, establishing standardized telemetry schemas, and extending observability into the AI domain. The architect will drive architectural cohesion, aligning infrastructure, platform, application, and business observability, and translating strategic initiatives into executable designs.
