Align is hiring a Lead Data Center Cabling Technician to support large-scale structured cabling installations for AI and hyperscale data centers across the United States. The full-time, salaried role combines field leadership and hands-on cabling work, including coordinating crews, performing fiber and copper QA checks, reviewing drawings and standards, tracking project progress and materials, and supporting documentation and corrective actions. The position requires 2–4 years of structured cabling, low-voltage, or fiber-optic experience, small-crew leadership, fiber-testing expertise, strong Excel skills, and willingness to travel 75% nationwide.
