Align is seeking a Lead Data Center Cabling Technician to join their team. This hybrid role involves supporting large-scale cabling installations for major AI and hyperscale data centers across the U.S. The successful candidate will blend field leadership with hands-on work, assisting the Superintendent with planning, standards enforcement, and on-site execution. Key responsibilities include performing on-site QA checks, coordinating daily work for cabling crews, ensuring compliance with TIA/BICSI specifications, communicating field progress, and supporting documentation.
