Align is hiring a Lead Data Center Cabling Technician to support large-scale structured cabling installations for AI and hyperscale data centers across the United States. The full-time salaried role combines field leadership and hands-on cabling work, including coordinating crews, performing fiber and copper QA checks, reviewing drawings and standards, tracking materials and progress, and supporting project documentation. It requires 2–4 years of structured cabling, low-voltage, or fiber optic experience, small-crew leadership, fiber testing expertise, strong Excel skills, willingness to travel 75%, and comfort working extended hours in live data center environments.
