The role leads shift operations and incident response, mentors NOC staff, performs root-cause analysis, and troubleshoots power, cooling, networking, and connectivity systems. It is primarily remote in the United States, with the Greater Seattle Area preferred, and offers a base salary of $125,840–$157,300 USD plus equity and subsidized benefits.
