Description
Oracle is hiring an Oracle Data Centre Technician to support, maintain, and improve mission-critical data centre infrastructure and cloud services. The role covers rack and stack, hardware deployment, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, decommissioning, incident response, asset and spare-parts inventory, and collaboration with engineering, vendor, customer, and internal stakeholders. Candidates need hands-on data centre experience, Linux knowledge, data centre ecosystem knowledge, strong troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to work a rotating 24x7 roster. Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be eligible for NV1 security clearance; the role also requires physical equipment handling and a valid driver's licence with car access.
