Aimpoint Digital is hiring a full-time, remote Lead Data Engineer to advise clients on complex data and AI problems, design AI-optimized data platforms, build ELT/ETL pipelines, develop semantic and analytical layers, and produce production-ready code in SQL, Python, and Spark. The role leads small-team project delivery, contributes to the company’s data engineering practice, supports business development, and collaborates with analytics, data science, and machine learning teams. It requires extensive experience with relational databases, data pipelines, data modeling, software engineering, DevOps, cloud data warehouses, and cloud ETL/ELT tools, with consulting experience and willingness to travel preferred.
