AND Digital is hiring a Lead Data Engineer for a 12-month fixed-term contract to shape, build, and evolve data capabilities supporting its Accounts platform. The role combines hands-on data engineering with technical leadership across scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT, operational data stores, reference data services, data quality, governance, architecture, observability, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud data platforms. The position includes mentoring data engineers and collaborating with software engineers, architects, product teams, and stakeholders.
