The role leads complex data initiatives, mentors engineers, enforces governance, security, and quality standards, and collaborates with architects and stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 6 to 8+ years of data engineering experience, advanced Python, PySpark, SQL, AWS, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing expertise. Empower offers a flexible work environment, comprehensive benefits, and a base salary range of $125,400 to $181,875, and the job does not offer visa sponsorship.
