Empower is hiring a Lead Data Engineer to provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and data platforms. The role leads complex enterprise-scale data initiatives, enforces governance, security, and quality standards, mentors engineers, and collaborates with architects and stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable data solutions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 6–8+ years of data engineering experience, and advanced proficiency in Snowflake, Python, PySpark, SQL, AWS, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing.
