Coforge is hiring a remote Lead Data Engineer to lead and mentor data engineering teams, set technical direction, and own the architecture and implementation of scalable data platforms. The role focuses on Snowflake, Azure Databricks, DBT, Python, Terraform, CI/CD, data migration, observability, and platform stability across Azure and legacy environments, with a requirement for 8+ years of data engineering experience, including 2–3+ years in a lead or staff-level role. The position is available in Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, and Bolivia.
