Firmable is hiring a Lead Data Engineer: Sourcing to architect and own the end-to-end extraction and ETL pipeline that converts unstructured web data into B2B company and people data across 13 markets. The role focuses on building extractor frameworks, hard-source and agentic pipelines, production LLM infrastructure, eval harnesses, observability, and cost-aware orchestration, while providing technical guidance to data platform, product, and analytics teams. It requires 6–10 years of production extraction, ETL, or data pipeline experience, expertise in Python and SQL, extensive Airflow or equivalent experience, and demonstrated work with agents, tool calling, and AI-native data systems.
