Happen Bank is hiring a Lead Data Engineer for its Data Operations Center to lead the Financial Data Operations team responsible for critical financial data pipelines supporting month-end close, investor servicing, revenue recognition, GL automation, tax documents, and collections. The role combines hands-on technical leadership, cross-functional partnership with finance/accounting/operations, and ownership of reliability, observability, data quality, and AI-assisted automation. It is based in San Francisco, follows a hybrid model with required in-office attendance Tuesday through Thursday, and offers a target base salary of $190,000 to $220,000 plus equity, bonus, and benefits.
