Midnite is hiring a Lead Data Engineer for a remote role in the United Kingdom. The position leads the technical strategy and architecture of the company’s data platform, owns scalable pipelines and data models, enables self-service analytics, supports multi-territory expansion, and mentors engineers while remaining hands-on. The role requires strong software engineering and Python or equivalent production capabilities, SQL, data modelling, orchestration, cloud, and infrastructure experience, with Snowflake experience as a bonus.
