Sparteo is hiring a Lead Data Engineer to architect, scale, and maintain distributed batch and streaming data infrastructure, optimize storage and performance, integrate AI models, and ensure data quality, security, and GDPR compliance. The role leads and mentors two data engineers, sets technical standards, and collaborates with product, development, and analytics teams. Candidates need at least six years of data engineering experience, including two years in a leadership or referent role, along with expertise in distributed databases, Python, Golang, Scala/Java, Kafka, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and column-oriented or vector databases.
