Description
The Lead Data Engineer will act as the technical authority for the data engineering team, owning the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of data pipelines, data warehouse models, and transformations. The role focuses on scalable, performant, cost-efficient solutions; data quality, observability, CI/CD, engineering standards, and technical mentorship, while collaborating with analytics, data science, platform engineering, and other stakeholders. It is a senior individual-contributor position with hybrid work requiring at least two days per week in person.
