SimplePractice is hiring a Lead Data Engineer to lead the evolution of its data stack from pipelines through platform and data consumption. The role partners with Product, Analytics, ML, and Engineering teams to build scalable systems for product intelligence, financial reporting, self-serve analytics, executive reporting, revenue forecasting, and AI evaluation. Responsibilities include data architecture, SQL and data modeling, Snowflake data warehouses, DBT transformations, orchestration, AWS infrastructure, data quality and security, and reporting tools. The position requires a BS/MS in a relevant field and at least 7 years of Data or Analytics Engineering experience.
