Cotton On is hiring a Lead Data Engineer to lead enterprise-scale data engineering initiatives across its IT team. Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics Technology, the role involves designing and delivering data solutions, establishing engineering standards and governance, building scalable and secure pipelines, partnering with technology and business stakeholders, supporting AI and advanced analytics, and improving platform performance, scalability, and cost. The position requires significant enterprise data engineering experience, large-scale cloud solutions experience, advanced SQL and Python skills, and expertise with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Microsoft data technologies.
