Description
The Lead Data Engineer, Tax Product Development, leads the design, development, testing, and maintenance of tax data pipelines, data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT processes, and related business intelligence solutions. The role owns large technical features and systems, collaborates with analytics and engineering teams, mentors junior engineers, and supervises assigned team members. It requires a bachelor's degree and at least six years of data engineering or related experience, with preferred qualifications including database, SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, governance, tax, public accounting, and Microsoft Azure experience. The national and Maryland salary range is $140,000 to $210,000.
