Description
Fortrea is hiring a remote-based Lead Data Manager for its Medical Device & Diagnostics team. The role provides leadership across clinical data management activities from study start-up through database lock, including project documentation, system setup, data entry and validation procedures, reconciliation of clinical and safety/lab data, client and sponsor relationship management, mentoring junior staff, supporting audits, and contributing to process improvement and training. Candidates need a university/college degree (or equivalent experience), 5-7 years of clinical data management experience, at least 3 years of hands-on EDC system experience, and strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, CRO/regulatory context, and client-facing communication.
