The Reconciliations Team Manager will lead and coach a reconciliation team, oversee workflow, control environments, automation operating models, KPIs, change initiatives, training, and performance. The role requires 7–10 years of process execution, data processing, and operational experience, 3–5 years of leadership experience, strong English and Vietnamese communication, Excel, and stakeholder-management skills, with banking or financial-services experience preferred.
