Description
The Lead Data Scientist will lead the design, development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and operationalization of machine learning and advanced analytics solutions. The role combines hands-on model development with MLOps, production pipelines, feature engineering, experimentation, governance, and mentoring of data scientists and ML engineers. It requires at least eight years of relevant experience, strong Python and machine learning expertise, and familiarity with production ML platforms and tools such as Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.
