Description
As a Lead Data Scientist at GoPay, you will spearhead the development of personalization and recommendation systems, defining the technical direction for recommendation models. This involves collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to implement scalable Machine Learning (ML) pipelines, conducting experiments to assess business impact, and refining models in production. Additionally, you will mentor junior data scientists and ensure alignment between personalization initiatives and GoTo's overall strategy, leveraging extensive behavioral and transactional data.
