This role involves shaping the future of open and inclusive AI for Indonesia by developing a multilingual Large Language Model tailored for Bahasa Indonesia and regional languages. The Lead Data Scientist will be responsible for designing and building high-quality datasets, advanced model pre-training, fine-tuning, and alignment techniques.
