GoTo Group is hiring a Lead Data Scientist to develop and deploy multilingual large language models for Bahasa Indonesia and regional languages. The role covers dataset creation, continual pretraining, supervised fine-tuning, alignment, safety guardrails, evaluation, and production deployment, while collaborating with product and engineering teams. Candidates need 7+ years of experience across deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and voice, along with Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, cloud, and production-deployment experience, plus a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field.
