Solstice is hiring a Lead Data Scientist to lead applied data science, machine learning, generative AI, and optimization initiatives across Integrated Supply Chain, Finance, manufacturing, and related business domains. The role involves developing forecasting, anomaly detection, financial modeling, document-processing, and supply-chain optimization solutions; owning projects from data extraction through production deployment; applying MLOps, governance, compliance, and auditability practices; partnering with business and IT stakeholders; and mentoring junior analytics staff. The position is based in Morris Plains, New Jersey, with a hybrid schedule and reports to the Director of IT, AI, Analytics and Automation.
