Logic20/20 is hiring a Lead Data Scientist for its Advanced Analytics & AI practice. The role leads the design, development, deployment, and operationalization of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions; partners with clients and stakeholders; analyzes complex datasets; builds predictive and machine learning models; communicates technical findings; mentors data scientists and project teams; and supports solution delivery and business development. The position requires 10–15 years of data science experience, production-grade Python and SQL model development, Azure experience, consulting and stakeholder management, and full-lifecycle project leadership. A target base salary of $178,200–$200,000 is disclosed, with potential performance-based bonuses and incentives.
