Description
Mindera is hiring a Lead Data Scientist to own recommendation models end to end in production, including data and feature development, model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and ongoing optimisation. The role focuses on consolidating existing recommendation algorithms, improving maintainability, applying Python, Databricks, PySpark, object-oriented design, testing, and CI/CD practices, and working with client stakeholders and engineering teams. It requires several years of hands-on Data Science experience and offers flexible work arrangements, including remote work, with 0–15% estimated national and international travel.
