Description
Mindera is hiring a Lead Data Scientist to own recommendation models end to end in production, including data and feature development, model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and ongoing optimisation. The role focuses on consolidating existing recommendation algorithms, refactoring notebook-based code into maintainable production implementations, applying object-oriented design and software engineering practices, and working in Databricks with Python and PySpark. It requires several years of hands-on Data Science experience, strong recommendation-systems expertise, and the ability to collaborate with client stakeholders and engineering teams.
