Nourish is hiring a Lead Data Scientist to join its Product team and own analytics for a business-critical function. The role combines product analytics, experimentation, predictive modeling, causal inference, and experimentation-platform development to build production models, analyze churn, resurrection, and targeting, and recommend business opportunities. It requires 6+ years of relevant experience, expertise in experimentation and causal inference, strong SQL and Python skills, and collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth. The data team is based in New York City and works onsite two to three days per week.
