Thoughtworks is hiring a Data Scientist to lead and execute data science projects from inception through production deployment. The role covers AI and machine learning strategy, model design and evaluation, data quality and security, stakeholder communication, ethical AI governance, and mentoring junior team members. Candidates should have experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning, R or Python, and production-ready code, along with a specialty in an area such as NLP, computer vision, or generative AI. The position is remote.
