Enova is hiring a Lead Data Scientist for its Fraud Analytics team to develop, deploy, monitor, and improve machine-learning models and pattern-recognition pipelines that detect fraud across lending products. The role partners with Fraud Operations to refine models using investigation results, performs large-scale data analysis, supports underwriting and verification, applies AI in production, and manages team members. Candidates need at least five years of analytics, applied machine learning, or quantitative modeling experience, hands-on fraud experience, advanced Python and SQL, and prior leadership experience. The position offers a hybrid schedule, health, dental, and vision insurance, and an annual salary range of $106,000 to $140,000.
