ProSidian is seeking a Lead Data Scientist focused on Predictive Workforce Analytics, Data Management, and Business Intelligence to support federal human-capital modernization for clients such as the National Science Foundation. The role develops predictive models and forecasting, maintains workforce analytics dashboards, supports data governance and IT-system integration, and leads cross-functional analytics delivery. It is a hybrid position based in Alexandria, Virginia, with work across the Mid Atlantic Region, requires U.S. citizenship and no visa sponsorship, and seeks candidates with at least 8 years of data science experience and a master’s degree preferred.
