OneSix is hiring a Lead Data Scientist to embed with key clients as a senior technical partner on their data science teams. The role combines predictive modeling, causal inference, and production engineering to build and deploy models for user behavior, retention, and business outcomes. Responsibilities include model design, feature engineering, SQL, Spark, Python, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and stakeholder communication. Candidates need 7+ years of relevant experience, strong quantitative and software engineering skills, and a graduate degree or equivalent experience; the position is based in the United States or Canada and offers a base salary of $180,000–$210,000 USD annually plus medical, vision, dental, and wellness benefits.
