Description
The Lead Data Scientist will lead the development and deployment of advanced probabilistic and machine learning models for real-time sports betting markets, including odds pricing and in-play decisions. The role involves analyzing large datasets, validating models against historical and live data, optimizing accuracy and computational efficiency, collaborating with trading and software teams, researching novel approaches, and mentoring junior colleagues. It requires a Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field, expertise in Python/R and machine learning frameworks, and experience with scalable production models and cloud computing. The position is eligible for the company’s hybrid working policy.
