AND Digital is hiring a Lead Data Solution Engineer to design, build, deploy, and maintain production-grade data pipelines and modern cloud data solutions in a DataOps-focused, agile, multidisciplinary consulting environment. The role requires strong Databricks expertise, hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP, SQL, orchestration tools, DataOps practices, data modelling, AI-enabled solutions, cloud migration, and data product design. The position includes client-facing work translating business needs into robust data products and offers healthcare and other benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Practical experience designing, architecting, and deploying AI-enabled solutions on at least one cloud data platform.
Strong practical Databricks experience, ideally with relevant certifications.
Practical experience using SQL and task orchestration tools to develop production-grade pipelines.
Hands-on DataOps experience including CI/CD, version control, and infrastructure as code.
Hands-on experience migrating to or adopting a cloud data platform.
Preferred Qualifications: Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric experience.
Relevant Databricks certifications.
Knowledge sharing and mentoring.
Clear communication and client collaboration.
Collaborative problem-solving in ambiguous environments.
