The role leads client technology and business leaders, advises on data architectures, integrations, transformations, governance, quality, and delivery, and mentors consulting teams. It requires 14+ years leading technical teams and projects, 10+ years implementing on-premises and cloud data-management platforms, and 5+ years scoping technical consulting engagements. The position requires onsite availability at a client location or CapTech office, with remote work permitted when compatible with client needs, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
