It requires 14+ years leading technical teams and projects, 10+ years implementing data-management platforms, and 5+ years scoping consulting engagements. The position is primarily onsite at client locations or CapTech offices, with remote work permitted when compatible with client needs, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
