CapTech is hiring a senior data-management consulting leader to provide technical, functional, and industry expertise across business development, account management, solution delivery, and client engagements. The role leads data architecture, integration, transformation, governance, quality, and delivery strategy; advises clients on data platforms and technologies; and mentors consulting teams. It requires extensive experience with on-premises and cloud data platforms, modern data stacks, integrations, real-time data distribution, NoSQL, and warehousing, along with 14+ years leading technical teams and projects. The position is primarily onsite at client locations or CapTech offices, with remote work permitted when compatible, and offers a base salary of $175,000 to $250,000.
