Point72 is hiring a Data Strategy Manager to shape the firm’s data strategy, evaluate new data ecosystems, manage relationships with external data and research providers, negotiate contracts and pricing, coordinate provider onboarding, support compliance oversight, and guide team members. The role requires 4–6 years of experience in alternative data, financial services, or a related data strategy area, a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across investment, research, compliance, legal, and finance teams. The annual base salary range is $185,000–$225,000 USD, with fully-paid health care benefits and other employee benefits.
