Addepar is hiring a Lead, Data Validation Specialist to lead and mentor a team of Data Validation Specialists responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data during new client onboarding. The role manages work allocation, audits projects, improves data-conversion processes, maintains documentation and standard operating procedures, collaborates with global teams, and performs hands-on data validation. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least three years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, spreadsheet proficiency, and legal authorization to work in the role’s country; visa sponsorship is not available.
