CoverMyMeds is hiring a Lead Database Engineer to serve as the technical authority for enterprise PostgreSQL and SQL Server platforms across on-premises and Microsoft Azure environments. The role owns database architecture, reliability, automation, migration, disaster recovery, performance, observability, security, governance, and lifecycle management, while leading cross-functional initiatives, mentoring engineers and DBAs, and presenting technical roadmaps to senior stakeholders. Candidates need extensive database administration and engineering experience, including at least 10 years in relevant database work and 5 years in senior or enterprise technical leadership, with strong PostgreSQL and SQL Server expertise and cloud experience. The position offers a base pay range of $133,900 to $223,100 and does not provide employer immigration sponsorship.
